COMMUNITY GUIDELINES
1 - Be respectful
Disagreement is no excuse for poor manners.
Don't allow frustration to turn into a personal attack against others.
We can all make mistakes and when we do, we take responsibility for them.
If someone has been harmed or offended, we listen carefully and respectfully, and try to right the wrong.
2 - Ask for help when unsure
Nobody is expected to be perfect in this community.
Asking questions early avoids many problems later, so questions are encouraged. To do so, use the #help channel.
Those who are asked should be responsive and helpful.
3 - Conflit solving
Disagreements are normal, but we do not allow them to persist and fester.
We expect members of this community to resolve disagreements constructively.
When they cannot, community moderators will arbitrate and provide clarity and direction.
4 - Take action
We encourage all new players and regulars to feel empowered to squad lead and to take action.
Squad lead can be exercised by anyone simply by taking action.
There is no need to wait for recognition when the opportunity to squad lead presents itself.
Squad leaders must lead by example. A squad leader's foremost goal is the success of the team.
To maintain a mature and fun experience within our community's servers, we ask each user to adhere to the below set of rules:
